Shipping Policy

  1. What You're Pre-ordering

    Selected products are pre-orders with two delivery windows you can choose at checkout. Inventory is allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

  2. Shipping Windows & Fees

    • Before Christmas 2025 — Surcharge +$7 per order.
    • Before Easter 2026 — Free shipping.

    The $7 is a combined shipping & handling surcharge for the earlier window. The Christmas 2026 window includes free standard shipping.

  3. Processing & Dispatch

    • Orders lock into a window when payment is completed.
    • Address changes must be requested at least 14 days before your window begins; otherwise we may need to cancel and re-book.
  4. Customs & Taxes (international)

    Recipients are responsible for import duties, VAT/GST, and brokerage fees (if any). We cannot mark orders as gifts or declare lower values.

  5. Delays & Force Majeure

    While we work to meet the window you choose, factors like customs, weather, carrier capacity, supply disruptions can cause delays. If a material delay is expected, we'll notify you and offer options (e.g., keep order, switch window (if available), or cancel for a refund).

  6. Lost or Damaged in Transit

    Contact <support@confidein.us> within 7 days of the marked delivery date (attach photos for damage). We'll assist with a carrier claim and replacement or refund, per availability.

  7. Returns/Refunds

    See our Return/Refund Policy (if applicable) for eligibility, timing, and method of return. If you don't have one yet, add a link or state: All sales are final except where required by law.
