Orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We may cancel/refuse orders (e.g., suspected fraud). Prices, promotions, and specifications may change without notice. Applicable taxes and shipping/handling charges are shown at checkout.
Pre-order Shipping Windows
At checkout you must choose one of the following windows; this choice determines fees and expected delivery timing:
- Before Christmas 2025 — +$7 shipping & handling surcharge per order.
- Before Easter 2026 — Free standard shipping.
Delivery, risk & title
Risk of loss passes to you upon carrier's acceptance of the parcel; title passes upon our receipt of full payment. See our Shipping Policy for carriers, address changes, customs, delays, and claim procedures (incorporated by reference).
Returns/Refunds

Intellectual property
All Site content is owned by or licensed to Confidein and protected by IP laws. No license is granted except as necessary to use the Site in accordance with these Terms.

Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Confidein will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or lost profits. Our aggregate liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the product/service giving rise to the claim in the 12 months before the event.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify Confidein and its personnel from claims arising from your misuse of the Site, violation of these Terms, or infringement of rights.
Governing law & venue
