- Try tapping your ring on the NFC reader on your phone.
Hold your ring and phone nearly parallel for the strongest signal, especially with iPhones.
If your ring is not detected, try:
- Ensure NFC is turned ON. Usually you find the status in the settings. Here's an example for the iPhone.
- Remove thick cases or metal cases, especially cases with another NFC
- Move the ring slowly until the phone vibrates.
